Small blue dash Delft plate, circa 1690, probably Dutch

Though there is a label stating London 1650 Aldgate or Montague Close I think that it is more likely to be of Dutch making. Provenance: Ex R.S.M. Collection Diameter: 7 ¾” Condition: Two sections of the rim broken and restored
